Production Forklift Operator (High Reach) | Cecil Park NSW

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Forklift Operator (High Reach) to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Cecil Park, NSW.

This is a hands-on role within a production environment and would suit someone with strong forklift skills who is comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing setting.

Roster

This position operates on a rotating 12-hour roster consisting of both day and night shifts.

Shift Hours:

• Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am

The roster includes a combination of weekday and weekend work, with scheduled days off throughout the rotation.

Key Duties

• High Reach forklift operation
• Machine operation
• Production line support
• Loading and unloading materials
• Material handling and stock movement
• General production and housekeeping duties
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures

• Physically demanding
• Dusty at times

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Strong High Reach forklift experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Strong commitment to safety
• Reliable transport and excellent attendance record
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical work

• Site-specific induction

Important

This role is best suited to experienced forklift operators. Applicants must have proven High Reach forklift experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Candidates with limited forklift experience will not be considered.
